Piper Companies is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst (Level II) to join a large healthcare organization supporting a multi-site campus environment in New Jersey. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong long-term stability and growth potential. The role is onsite and first shift (Monday–Friday).


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level II desktop support for Windows 10/11 environments, end-user devices, and associated hardware
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications, workstations, printers, and peripheral equipment
  • Perform Active Directory tasks including account management and device administration
  • Support approximately 4,000 users across a primary campus and remote locations
  • Assist with and lead small-to-mid-sized projects such as printer upgrades, new office setups, and hardware deployments
  • Support new technology initiatives including virtual machine rollouts and badge/access systems
  • Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system and collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide white-glove customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience providing desktop/end-user support in a Windows environment (Level I or II)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, hardware troubleshooting, and application installations
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, device management)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work onsite in Princeton, NJ
  • Healthcare or enterprise-level support experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $25 - $30/hr W2 depending on experience
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law
