Piper Companies is seeking a Level I Analyst to join a healthcare company located in Philadelphia, PA through a hybrid, contract-to-hire position with strong potential for extension or conversion. The Level I Analyst will provide Level 1 help desk support across the organization and perform duties such as application support, device setup and troubleshooting, and remote assistance.

 

Responsibilities of the Level I Analyst include:

  • Troubleshoot Level 1 phone and remote questions and concerns, including:
    • Device hardware & software issues
    • Support of the following OS: Windows, Mac OS, IOS, & Android plus encryption
    • Enterprise and desktop application assistance
    • Printer access & installations, such as driver updates
    • Password resets
    • Remote Access assistance
  • Proficient experience with help desk solutions using ITIL processes.
  • Keep up to date with all current IT security, HIPAA, and similar compliance concerns, technologies, and requirements.

 

Qualification for the Level I Analyst include:

  • High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree NOT required
  • Standard IT troubleshooting experience, either from an internship or a previous role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborates well with co-workers, visitors, and other staff

 

Compensation/Schedule for the Level I Analyst includes:

  • Pay Rate: $20-23/hour
  • 40 hours per week; 2 days on site at any of the company’s locations, 3 days remote
  • 1 year contract, with strong potential for extension or conversion
