Event Marketing Specialist

Piper Companies is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join a global brand marketing organization to support digital marketing initiatives and a wide range of customer‑facing and internal corporate events that strengthen brand awareness, partner engagement, and overall program impact. The ideal Event Marketing Specialist will be willing to travel up to 30%, with a hybrid schedule on site in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Support customer‑focused and corporate marketing events, including partner engagements, recruiting events, activation experiences, assessment centers, and key internal programs.
• Lead and assist with paid marketing campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels—to promote events and drive targeted audience reach.
• Analyze marketing, social, and campaign performance data to provide clear insights that inform event promotion strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate logistics, content, timelines, communications, and overall event execution.

Qualifications for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• 1 year of experience in marketing, event marketing, or customer/partner‑focused corporate marketing
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Experience supporting or running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to interpret data, campaign metrics, and reporting to support strategic recommendations and performance readouts
• Understanding of digital advertising tactics, market insights, and creative engagement approaches
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Compensation/Benefits for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience
