Piper Companies is seeking a Level I Analyst to join a large, well‑established regional healthcare system headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. This role is part of the organization’s central IT Solutions Center and provides first‑line technical support to clinicians, administrative staff, and operational teams across multiple sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Resolve Level 1 issues via phone and remote support
• Troubleshoot hardware/software across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android, including encryption
• Support enterprise and desktop applications
• Handle printer access, installations, and driver updates
• Perform password resets and remote access support
• Follow ITIL‑based help desk processes and document tickets accurately
• Maintain awareness of IT security, HIPAA, and compliance requirements
• Interact professionally with staff and visitors in alignment with organizational values
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma required
• Baseline IT troubleshooting knowledge from internship, coursework, or hands‑on experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to support diverse user groups
• Dependable, professional, and eager to grow in an IT environment
• Ability to follow procedures in a high‑volume support setting
COMPENSATION & TERMS:
• Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
• Employment Type: Contract‑to‑Hire, 1 year contract, with potential for extension or conversion
• Onsite Requirement: 2 days/week onsite at any location within the healthcare system’s Philadelphia‑area network
