Piper Companies is seeking a Title Insurance Administrator to join a leading credit union in Eugene, OR. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow their career in financial services. The Title Insurance Administrator will manage loan data entry, assist members with payoff processing inquiries, and ensure compliance with insurance and collections requirements. This position will be onsite in Eugene, OR 5 days per week!


Responsibilities of the Title Insurance Administrator include:

  • Interacting with vendors, members, and various state departments of motor vehicle agencies to resolve complex problems and seek exceptions to policy when appropriate.
  • Understanding and constructively working in Salesforce, Hogan, TMS (DealerTrack Title Management System), and all platforms used by the department.
  • Reviewing vendor reports of unidentified titles, locating the appropriate member and loan when possible, and providing instructions to the vendor regarding disposition of unidentified title documents.
  • Reviewing vendor follow‑up reports regarding non‑receipt of titles to determine next actions, including DCC escalation, interest rate adjustments, and direct follow‑up with the member. Communicating all updates back to the vendor.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on vehicle titling issues, including but not limited to: releasing titles for registration, owner name changes, out‑of‑state titling, payoff/lien release requirements, and state‑specific ownership protocols.
  • Utilizing knowledge of DealerTrack TMS and the collateral functions performed by the vendor and the credit union throughout the vendor processing workflow.
  • Highlighting and escalating potential risk situations, ensuring all collateral documents support proper lien perfection.
  • Supporting internal partners such as DCC, OGC, Item Processing, and Research & Online Services when collateral clarification or updates are needed.

Qualifications for the Title Insurance Administrator include:

  • Prior experience with vehicle titles, DMV processes, lien perfection, auto loan collateral, or dealership titling highly preferred.
  • Strong capability in interpreting multi‑state titling requirements and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hogan, TMS, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with members, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to see issues through resolution.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation for the Title Insurance Administrator includes:

  • Hourly Range: $20 - $25/hr
