Piper Companies is seeking a Client Operations Associate to support a growing services organization. The Client Operations Associate will ensure an outstanding client experience by managing incoming requests, resolving service issues, and providing accurate information across multiple channels. This role will collaborate with internal teams, maintain strong product expertise, and uphold timely, high‑quality support. The candidate will be required to work onsite 3 days per week in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities of the Client Operations Associate include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries across phone, email, chat, and text
- Process account actions such as withdrawals, surrenders, and updates to ownership or beneficiaries
- Provide clear, accurate explanations of product features, contract benefits, and transaction procedures
Qualifications for the Client Operations Associate include:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to complete call‑center simulation assessments
Compensation for the Client Operations Associate includes:
- Compensation based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law)
- Hybrid work model with onsite presence required in Durham, NC 3 days a week
