Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to support a prominent healthcare system in the greater Philadelphia area. This role requires onsite presence 1–2 days per week and will focus on software implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience with Willow, Beaker, or EPIC modules, along with exposure to revenue cycle, billing operations, or broader clinical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure and application projects within an Agile framework
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and execution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are proactively managed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proven background overseeing both SDLC/application development and infrastructure-based initiatives
• Experience within healthcare or hospital systems supporting major EMR platforms (EPIC, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Allscripts, etc.) preferred
• Strong expertise in developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (scope, budget, schedule)
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and present effectively to executive leadership
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Compensation & Benefits:

• $70–75/hour on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
