Implementation Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to support a large tech organization. The Implementation Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end implementation efforts for monitoring and observability tools, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities of the Implementation Project Manager:

• Lead full lifecycle implementation projects focused on monitoring and observability solutions, aligning delivery with stakeholder expectations.

• Oversee planning, scoping, and execution of implementation activities across cross‑functional teams.

• Coordinate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to ensure successful integration of observability or monitoring tools into existing infrastructures.

• Mitigate project risks, manage timelines, and provide clear communication throughout each phase of delivery.

Qualifications of the Implementation Project Manager:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically supporting implementation or deployment of technical platforms.

• Hands‑on experience implementing or working closely with monitoring/observability tools and frameworks.

• Strong understanding of observability concepts, system integration workflows, and modern monitoring architectures.

Compensation for the Implementation Project Manager includes:

• Salary range: $125,000 – $155,000 depending on experience
