Electrical Superintendent

Zachary Piper is seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate and schedule the installation of fabricated electrical assemblies on projects valued from $10M–$200M. Project types include data centers, hospitals, government facilities, airports, rail systems, and manufacturing. Work includes both greenfield construction and complex renovations.

Role Overview

The Superintendent plays a key role in estimating support, planning, and executing the integrated project plan. This role is responsible for directing, scheduling, and coordinating the construction and maintenance of electrical structures, facilities, and systems.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Requires working at heights and in confined or restricted spaces (e.g., switchgear rooms, manholes, tunnels, crawl spaces).
• Must navigate O.S.H.A.-approved ladders and stairs.
• Requires flexible hours, including potential overtime, nights, and weekends.
• Work is completed in active customer environments while maintaining professionalism.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of electrical industry experience.
• 2+ years experience as a Foreman.

Education & Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Master Electrician License preferred.
• Advanced training in one discipline or entry-level training in two disciplines.

• Estimating: Accubid Anywhere, Bluebeam
• Modeling: Revit
• Production Tracking: Infralink
• Scheduling: Primavera P6

Compensation

• Salary: $130,000 - $145,000
• PTO, Medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), Military reserve pay offset, paid maternity leave, tuition reimbursement, and disability insurance
