Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Network Engineer with strong experience in DNAC/Catalyst Center, Software‑Defined Access, advanced routing, and the Catalyst 9000 series. The Lead Network Engineer will sit onsite in Newtown, Pennsylvania.


Responsibilities for the Lead Network Engineer:

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot SDA solutions including LISP, fabric components, micro‑segmentation, and DNAC/ISE integrations

• Manage provisioning, assurance, and operations of DNAC / Catalyst Center

• Architect and implement enterprise networks using Catalyst 9000 switches (9200-CX, 9300, 9500, 9600)

• Provide senior‑level technical guidance, documentation, and customer support


Qualifications for the Lead Network Engineer:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with DNAC / Catalyst Center

• Strong background in Software‑Defined Access and its core components (LISP, SDA components, micro-segmentation, and DNAC/ISE)

• Expertise with IPv4/IPv6 routing (BGP, IS‑IS, OSPF) and Catalyst 9000 platforms

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a consulting capacity


Compensation for the Lead Network Engineer:

• Salary range: $140,000–$160,000

• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO, sick leave as required by law.
