Piper Companies is hiring a Product Manager – Repair Services to join a global industrial equipment and services organization through hybrid work in Mesa, AZ; Brookfield, WI; or York, PA. This role supports repair offerings across the full equipment portfolio, with ownership of standardizing how services are packaged, commercialized, and sold globally. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, commercially focused product manager who enjoys driving consistency and scalable growth.
Responsibilities of the Product Manager:
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for offsite repair and maintenance service offerings.
• Convert customer insights and service data into standardized repair scopes and product improvements.
• Partner with operations, sales, and service teams to ensure offerings are executable and commercially aligned.
• Enable sales execution through clear value propositions, pricing guidance, training, and performance tracking.
Qualifications of the Product Manager:
• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, service offering development, or technical service environments within industrial, mining, aggregates, or heavy equipment sectors.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in repair operations, field service, or technical support; ability to understand equipment, repair scopes, and service execution.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing value propositions and business cases.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; comfortable working across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation of the Product Manager:
• Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
