Full Stack Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join an innovative organization in the technology sector. The Full Stack Engineer will play a critical role in building and delivering production-grade applications leveraging modern JavaScript technologies and deep AI integrations.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Engineer:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Build and optimize data pipelines to support AI-driven functionality.

• Implement and maintain RPC communication patterns over RAG-based architectures.

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into web or mobile applications.

• Ship high-quality features into production—a key requirement for this role.

• Lead end‑to‑end AI use case development, including architecture design, data pipeline onboarding, model training/testing, and embedding results into applications.

Qualifications of the Full Stack Engineer:

• 3–5 years of full stack engineering experience.

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• AWS experience preferred but not required.

• 1–2 years of deep AI experience, ideally including RAG, data pipelines, and Generative AI integrations.

• Demonstrated experience shipping production applications.

• Experience designing and operationalizing AI-driven features in web or mobile environments.

Compensation for the Full Stack Engineer includes:

• Salary range: $145,000 - $165,000 depending on experience.

• Hybrid schedule — onsite 3 days per week
