Sr. Mobile QA Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Mobile QA Engineer to support a growing organization in the technology industry. The Sr. Mobile QA Engineer role is ideal for someone who excels in manual mobile testing and enjoys working in a collaborative Agile environment. The Sr. Mobile QA Engineer role requires you to sit onsite 5 days per week in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Mobile QA Engineer:

• Perform manual testing for iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Analyze requirements and define test strategies.
• Conduct integration testing with mobile apps, web applications, and REST APIs.
• Manage defects throughout the bug lifecycle.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and represent QA in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements of the Sr. Mobile QA Engineer:

• 5+ years of manual testing experience for mobile applications.
• 8+ years of overall Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test processes.
• Experience validating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of white-box testing concepts.
• Experience with test planning, estimation, and tracking metrics.

Compensation for the Sr. Mobile QA Engineer:

• $120,000 - $140,000
