Piper Companies is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a large Healthcare organization In Allentown, PA. This would be a long-term contract role where you would need to perform onsite/virtual troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software.
Responsibilities include:
- Configure new equipment and deliver devices as requested
- Identify, research, and reslove technical problems
- Maintains inventory records of hardware and peripherials
- Perform on-site troubleshooting
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Communicate effectively
Qualifications include:
- Experience in IT configuration
- Windows 11 experience is preferred
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $22/hour
