Project Manager

We’re looking for a strong Project Manager to support a major life‑sciences manufacturing site in Greenville, NC. This is an onsite, long‑term role where you’ll take ownership of a variety of utilities, facilities, and infrastructure upgrades that directly support day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Managing end‑to‑end planning and execution of utilities and infrastructure projects, ensuring everything aligns with safety and operational needs
• Overseeing work related to facility assets such as roofs, boilers, chillers, parking lots, air dryers, and other critical building systems
• Handling permitting activities and coordinating with construction partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring budgets, schedules, progress, and deliverables while resolving issues proactively
• Communicating updates clearly with leadership and cross‑functional teams

Qualifications for the Project Manager:

• Solid experience running utilities, facilities, or construction‑related capital projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical and structural systems
• Must be onsite in Greenville, NC (or open to relocation)
• Clear communicator who can work with all levels of the organization
• Someone who can drive projects aggressively and keep timelines on track

Compensation for the Project Manager:

• $145,000–$165,000/year
• Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and sick leave where required

This position officially opens on 3/6/26 and will remain open for at least 30 days.
