Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a company within the medical products industry. The Customer Service Representative role is a 6‑month contract opportunity and requires you to work onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls related to orders and products.
- Resolve order questions, discrepancies, and general inquiries.
- Enter and manage orders using internal systems, primarily SalesPad.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team and operations leadership.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in medical device or medical equipment.
- Strong communication skills with an operations‑focused mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative:
- $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
