Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a growing organization within the medical device industry. This Customer Service Representative role is ideal for a professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate confidently with healthcare-related clients while navigating industry-specific terminology.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative ( med Devices):
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, product information, shipping status, and returns.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within CRM or order management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements common within regulated industries.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative (med devices):
• Strong customer service or client support experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use industry-specific terminology and internal systems quickly.
• Medical device, healthcare, or medical industry background is a required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems preferred.
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative (Med Devices) includes:
• Salary range: $70,000 -$80,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
• Onsite opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina
