Windows 11 Deployment Technician

Piper Companies is looking for an Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support device deployment and IT operations within a large healthcare environment. This role focuses on building, configuring, and deploying equipment while working closely with end users and internal teams. Strong communication and teamwork are key.

Responsibilities:

• Device imaging, staging, deployment, Windows 11 configuration
• Set up computers, laptops, printers, network connectivity
• On-site and remote user support, troubleshooting hardware/software
• Follow ServiceNow tasks, deployment workflows, build scripts
• Assist build & deploy team, coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Inventory tracking, asset management, warehouse operations
• Occasional travel for deployments (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years IT support, deployment, or technical experience (or entry-level with foundation)
• Windows 11, device setup, basic networking (printers, connectivity)
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask, follow processes, and work in fast-paced environment
• Experience imaging, staging, configuring devices (preferred)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or ticketing systems (preferred)

Compensation:

• Pay: $22/hour

Additional Details:

• Location: Allentown, PA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract: 3-month increments, long-term ongoing need
