Platform Enablement Lead (Remote)

Piper Companies is seeking a Platform Enablement Lead to support a large enterprise organization undergoing a significant DevOps transformation through remote work. This role is ideal for a delivery‑focused technical leader who blends DevOps expertise with strong project and change leadership skills, and who can drive alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders in a complex environment.

Responsibilities of the Platform Enablement Lead:

• Lead delivery of platform enablement and DevOps initiatives, ensuring progress against defined technical and business goals.

• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and cross‑team dependencies across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.

• Drive clear communication and alignment between technical teams and senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications of the Platform Enablement Lead:

• 5+ years of experience leading technical initiatives in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud‑based software environments.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices, with hands‑on experience writing Terraform.

• Proven ability to navigate organizational change, manage delivery risk, and lead cross‑functional technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation of the Platform Enablement Lead:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $139,000 (based on experience)
