Senior Project Manager - Sterile Injectables

Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Sterile Injectables for a large CDMO. The Senior Project Manager – Sterile Injectables is responsible for Managing tech transfer projects with multiple clients. The Senior Project Manager is a long-term contract opportunity and candidates MUST be located on the East Coast.

Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager – Sterile Injectables:

• Lead cross‑functional tech transfer projects for sterile injectable drug products, from customer handoff through commercial manufacturing
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced CDMO environment

 Requirements for the Senior Project Manager – Sterile Injectables:

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with direct experience with Sterile Injectables
• Direct experience in a CDMO environment (strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing tech transfer projects for sterile injectables
• Strong understanding of:
  • Aseptic processing
  • Sterile fill‑finish operations
  • cGMP requirements

 Compensation for Senior Project Manager – Sterile Injectables:

• $130,000-$150,000
