Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an established organization within the medical products industry for a 6‑month onsite contract opportunity based in Raleigh, NC. This Customer Service Representative will support day‑to‑day customer and order management operations, serving as a key point of contact for existing clients while working closely with a small, collaborative on‑site team.

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

· Act as the primary contact for inbound customer phone inquiries related to orders and products.

· Assist existing customers with order status updates, changes, discrepancies, and issue resolution.

· Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately within internal order management systems.

· Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teammates to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

· Maintain detailed documentation and provide clear communication to support high service standards.

 

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

· Previous experience in a customer service or order management role, ideally within medical devices or equipment.

· Strong phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

· Comfort working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on, on‑site environment with frequent collaboration.

· High level of technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly (SalesPad experience a plus).

· Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

 

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative:

Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000/year (USD)

Benefits: Eligibility may include medical, dental, vision, and other benefits as required by law
