Mobile Deployment technician

Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Mobile Deployment Technician (Technical Support and Configuration) in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for an innovative and growing hospital network.

Responsibilities for the Mobile Deployment Technician include:

·      Assist in installing, updating and configuring new equipment such as computers, and printers

·      Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software

·      Providing technical assistance to users and other IT staff on equipment related issues

·      Maintain inventory records and detailed documentation

·      Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications for the Mobile Deployment Technician include:

·      A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing technical support

·      AS in information technology or related field

Compensation for the Mobile Deployment Technician  include:

·      Compensation range is $20.00-$22.00/HR dependent upon experience
