Piper Companies is seeking a QC Specialist – Analytical to support a cutting-edge cell therapy organization in Branchburg, NJ. The QC Specialist will be responsible for performing analytical testing in a cGMP laboratory setting to support manufacturing and quality operations.
Responsibilities of the QC Specialist – Analytical:
- Perform analytical testing (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, PCR) under cGMP guidelines
- Apply aseptic techniques within a biosafety cabinet (BSC)
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate analytical instruments
- Document results, analyze data, and provide routine reports in compliance with cGMP
- Assist with troubleshooting, investigations, and method transfer
- Draft and review protocols, reports, and SOPs
Qualifications of the QC Specialist – Analytical:
- 4+ years of experience in a development or cGMP laboratory environment
- Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and PCR (including instrumentation, analysis, and troubleshooting)
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and cell culture practices
- B.S. or M.S. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related discipline
Compensation for the QC Specialist – Analytical:
- Pay Rate: $40-47/hr.
