Senior Manager - FP&A Systems

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Manager - FP&A Systems to join a top-tier medical device company, for a permanent onsite position based out of Tempe, AZ. This role supports a OneStream implementation that launched in March 2025. The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, and can be based in Tempe, AZ or San Jose, CA, depending on the candidate’s location.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager - FP&A Systems include:

• Lead and manage the ongoing OneStream platform implementation.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to enhance system performance.
• Maintain data integrity across all financial systems.
• Train and support FP&A team members on system usage.
• Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ or San Jose, CA (based on candidate location).

Qualifications for the Senior Manager - FP&A Systems include:

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a public company with $500M+ in revenue.
• 4+ years of OneStream administration experience.
• Strong background in financial tools like SAP, Hyperion, or Oracle.
• Experience with automation, metadata, business rules, and Workday (PLP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Location: Must work onsite 5 days/week; relocation required for Tempe, AZ. San Jose, CA only open to local candidates.

 Compensation for the Senior Manager - FP&A Systems:

• Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000/year (USD) + 15% bonus
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
