Piper Companies is seeking an Agentic Automation Engineer to join a healthcare marketing company through a remote position. The Agentic Automation Engineer will focus primarily on recognizing where human effort is substituting for well-designed systems, then building automated replacements to make the entire operational stack faster, more reliable, and more scalable.
Responsibilities of the Agentic Automation Engineer include:
- Recognize, prioritize, and automate high-friction workflows across omnichannel operations, including intake, reporting, SOP execution, and other repeatable processes like RFP assembly and routing
- Build and deploy agent-driven automations using tools like n8n, Claude-powered workflows, and API integrations across platforms such as SFMC, DSPs, Workfront, Slack, and Redshift
- Integrate with key delivery systems (ESP, DSP, EHR networks) to generate automated reports, alerts, data feeds, and internal insights via dashboards, Slack, or scheduled summaries
- Develop lightweight testing frameworks and produce clear documentation to ensure automations are accurate, compliant, maintainable, and easily extended by cross-functional teams
Qualifications for the Agentic Automation Engineer include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field
- Hands-on background building automations, integrations, and process bots (via tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom APIs), with strong API fluency across REST, webhooks, and OAuth
- Familiarity with LLM-driven workflows, using models like Claude (or similar) as orchestration layers in multi-step automations
- Systems-oriented mindset with an understanding of end-to-end processes, including edge cases, failure modes, and experience working with omnichannel marketing platforms (ESP, DSP, CRM, etc.)
- Strong written communication and documentation skills, with bonus experience in healthcare or regulated environments where data sensitivity and compliance are critical
Compensation for the Agentic Automation Engineer includes:
- Salary Range: $110,000-130,000/annually
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Sick Leave as required by law
This job opens for applications on 04/07/2026. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date.
