Scheduler

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with strong knowledge of electrical and construction scheduling to support large‑scale infrastructure projects at a pharmaceutical facility in Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, articulate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment supporting major capital projects.

Responsibilities of the Project Scheduler:

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed schedules for large electrical infrastructure projects valued around $120M.
• Support scheduling efforts for major utility projects, including chillers, Pure Clean Water systems, and air dryers.
• Work closely with the Project Lead and Master Scheduler to ensure alignment across project schedules.
• Provide accurate schedule updates, progress tracking, and schedule analysis to project stakeholders.
• Support project planning efforts and adapt schedules as project needs evolve.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with project leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications of the Project Scheduler:

• Thorough knowledge of electrical and construction scheduling.
• Experience using scheduling tools; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Greenville, NC, or willingness to relocate.
• Strong communication skills; well‑spoken and articulate.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to operate with urgency in a demanding project environment.

Compensation of the Project Scheduler:

• Compensation: $120,000 – $138,000
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, and sick leave as required by law
