Systems Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a Systems Developer to join a growing organization within the technology and enterprise solutions industry. The Systems Developer role is ideal for a mid-level developer with strong RPA experience who can also function in an analyst capacity, supporting the integration of two enterprise systems in a fully remote, East Coast–based environment.

Responsibilities of the Systems Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.

• Support the integration of two enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform system analysis, documentation, and workflow mapping to support automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing automation and system integrations.

Qualifications of the Systems Developer:

• 4+ years of experience as a systems or software developer with hands-on RPA experience.

• Strong UiPath development experience in an enterprise environment.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and how they integrate with downstream applications.

• Demonstrated experience functioning in both developer and analyst roles.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, or data workflows.

Compensation for the Systems Developer includes:

• Salary range: $115,000 – $130,000 depending on experience

• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

• Fully remote role with East Coast (EST) alignment
