Piper Companies is seeking an Project Manager to support Phase 2 of a Quality Management System (QMS) Transformation program, with a focus on implementation and optimization of a Veeva-based QMS platform.

This role will drive execution across workstreams while ensuring strong organizational adoption through structured change management. The ideal candidate brings a balance of project delivery expertise and organizational change management (OCM), with experience applying ADKAR principles to large-scale transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Phase 2 of a Veeva QMS Transformation program
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation pathways
  • Ensure adherence to program governance, reporting standards, and leadership expectations
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all organizational levels
  • Partner with OCM leads (or directly lead OCM activities) to support user adoption and minimize resistance
  • Apply ADKAR-based change management strategies to enable successful transformation outcomes
  • Track and report on project KPIs, including adoption and business readiness metrics
  • Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive-level updates

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing complex transformation programs as a Project Manager
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS (implementation, rollout, or enhancement phases)
  • Demonstrated success in regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer health)
  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dedicated experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) roles or close partnership with OCM teams
  • Prosci certification or formal ADKAR credential
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience supporting Phase 2+ transformation initiatives (post-initial implementation optimization and scaling)
  • Experience working with global teams and distributed stakeholders

  • Pay Rate: Commensurate to Experience
