Salesforce Developer - Consumer Banking

Piper Companies is seeking a Mobile UI Developer to support our client, one of the country’s largest and most well-regarded credit unions, managing over $30B in member assets. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, they are re‑imagining their membership loyalty program to drive deeper engagement across banking and lending products. This high‑priority program is built on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, with member‑facing experiences delivered through Salesforce Experience Cloud and a hybrid mobile application built using Ionic. To support delivery, we are expanding the team with a Mobile UI Developer who can contribute quickly and collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities of the Mobile UI Developer:

• Develop and enhance front‑end user interfaces for a hybrid mobile application using Ionic
• Translate approved UI/UX designs into responsive, high‑quality mobile experiences
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure functional and visual accuracy
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery cycles
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance best practices are followed
• Support testing, defect resolution, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications of the Mobile UI Developer:

• Strong hands‑on experience building front‑end experiences in Ionic or similar hybrid mobile frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to implement polished, intuitive, and user‑friendly mobile UI
• Experience working within cross‑functional agile teams (product, design, QA, engineering)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
• Ability to quickly integrate into an existing team and contribute from day one
• Prior experience with Salesforce digital platforms (Experience Cloud, related ecosystems)
• Background in financial services, banking, or regulated environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience delivering customer‑facing applications at scale
