Piper Companies is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support our client, one of the country’s largest and most highly regarded credit unions, managing over $30B in member assets. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, the organization is re‑imagining its membership loyalty program to increase engagement across its lending and financial products. This high‑visibility initiative is built on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, with member‑facing experiences delivered through Salesforce Experience Cloud and a hybrid mobile application built using Ionic. To support program execution, we are augmenting the delivery team with two Salesforce Development Consultants specializing in front‑end experience delivery.
Responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer:
- Design and implement front‑end user experiences within Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Translate approved UI/UX designs into responsive, production‑ready Salesforce components and templates
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Implement component‑based solutions aligned with Salesforce digital best practices
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and iterative delivery cycles
- Support testing, defect resolution, and ongoing experience optimization
Qualifications of the Salesforce Developer:
- Strong hands‑on experience developing front‑end experiences in Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Proven ability to deliver clean, responsive, and user‑friendly digital interfaces
- Familiarity with component‑based development within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience integrating front‑end experiences with Salesforce data and services
- Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional agile teams
- Prior experience supporting Salesforce digital transformation initiatives
- Background in financial services, banking, or regulated environments
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- Experience working on high‑visibility or enterprise‑scale Salesforce program
