Piper Companies is seeking a Mobile UI Developer (Consumer Banking) to support a leading credit union undergoing a major digital transformation initiative. The Mobile UI Developer will play a key role in building intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences for a new member loyalty program built on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and delivered through a hybrid mobile application. This position requires working onsite in McLean, VA at least three (3) days per week.


Responsibilities of the Mobile UI Developer (Consumer Banking):

• Develop and implement user-friendly, responsive mobile interfaces using Ionic and hybrid mobile technologies

• Translate approved UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready mobile experiences

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless and engaging member-facing applications

• Integrate mobile UI components with backend services and Salesforce platforms including Experience Cloud

• Ensure performance, scalability, and usability across mobile devices and platforms

• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews

• Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness

• Contribute to continuous improvement of mobile development standards, tools, and processes


Qualifications of the Mobile UI Developer (Consumer Banking):

• 3+ years of experience developing mobile UI, preferably with Ionic or similar hybrid mobile frameworks

• Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular preferred)

• Experience building and deploying hybrid mobile applications

• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA

• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud or other Salesforce digital platforms preferred

• Experience within financial services or consumer banking environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences


Compensation for the Mobile UI Developer (Consumer Banking):

• Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 annually (or equivalent hourly rate for contract)
