Piper Companies is seeking a motivated Document Control Coordinator (Hybrid) to join a well-established CRO in the Bethesda, MD area. The Document Control Coordinator (Hybrid) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and collecting/entering data into CRM systems.
Responsibilities of the Document Control Coordinator:
· Manage document control lifecycle for project including reformatting and standardizing documents to align with internal templates
· Enter, update, and verify data across internal databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems
· Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to data entry
· Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and proper record retention
· Generate reports, update logs, and support document tracking
· Assist with editing, formating, copying, printing, and other administrative tasks
· Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow
Qualifications of the Document Control Coordinator:
· 1+ years of administrative, academic, research and/or data entry experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or CRM, EMR or other database platforms
· Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
· Experience with data entry, office administration or front desk operations (preferred not required)
· Associate’s degree in related field
Compensation for the Document Control Coordinator:
· Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on years of experience

o This role is hybrid 2 days per week
