Product Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Product Manager to support a global provider of data center services for a permanent remote role based in the US. The Product Manager role will be responsible for owning the operational tooling and automation portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager:

• Own the product roadmap for operational tools, workflows, and automations that reduce manual effort and operational risk
• Own data quality as an ongoing product discipline, including the data quality dashboard, scoring dimensions, and red/amber/green framework
• Lead the partnership with operations to surface backlog demand, groom requirements, and prioritize their needs within the product backlog.
• Own the product backlog; express items in terms of operational value and outcomes.
• Connect quarterly delivery to operational KPIs, efficiency targets, and the broader strategic narrative.

Qualifications of the Product Manager:

• Proven experience in hands on product owner/backlog owner experience in a Scrum or SAFE environment
• Experience with internal-tools or operational products
• Proven experience in managing competing priorities, making trade-off decisions, and communicating decision rational clearly.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management along with partnering with operations or other internal user communities
• Experience in owning products for 24/7 operational user communities preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, or similar ITSM platforms as integration partners
• Experience with data center infrastructure preferred
• Experience with event, alarm, or incident management platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

Compensation for the Product Manager includes:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year depending on professional experience
