Salesforce Developer - Consumer Banking

Piper Companies is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a leading credit union based in McLean, VA. The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in delivering a high-priority loyalty program built on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, with member-facing experiences powered by Salesforce Experience Cloud and a hybrid mobile application. This role is ideal for candidates with strong front-end Salesforce development experience and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This position is hybrid in McLean, VA, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer include:

• Develop and implement front-end experiences within Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Translate approved UI/UX designs into responsive, production-ready Salesforce components
• Collaborate with internal developers, QA teams, and technical leadership to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support integration efforts across Salesforce platforms including Loyalty Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Contribute to the enhancement of digital member experiences within online banking platforms
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and team collaboration
• Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of Salesforce-based applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce environments

Qualifications for the Salesforce Developer include:

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• Experience building responsive, front-end components within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Familiarity with component-based development and UX implementation
• Experience integrating Salesforce platforms and services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Experience in financial services or consumer banking environments preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud is a plus

Compensation for the Salesforce Developer includes:

• Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (dependent on experience)
