Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise & GTM Strategy to define and scale enterprise positioning for an AI-enabled connectivity platform. This role is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and technical messaging for Enterprise IT buyers, including architects, CIOs, VPs of IT Infrastructure, and security and compliance leaders. The principal Product Marketing Manager position is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities for the Principal Product Marketing Manager include:
· Owning enterprise GTM strategy and positioning for AI-enabled connectivity, with a focus on Enterprise IT decision-makers and hands-on technical evaluators.
· Defining clear, defensible messaging that addresses the core enterprise challenge of enabling AI without compromising governance, security, or existing system investments.
· Building competitive strategy against iPaaS platforms, unified API vendors, and native MCP connectors that withstand deep technical scrutiny.
· Leading market development for managed Model Context Protocol (MCP) as an enterprise infrastructure category and driving growth across enterprise segments.
· Creating technically credible enterprise content, including security reference architectures, compliance mappings (SOC 2, GDPR), governance playbooks, ERP/CRM integration guides (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow), and hybrid deployment playbooks.
· Owning enterprise messaging across the website, campaigns, and demand-generation assets, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across all buyer touchpoints.
Qualifications for the Principal Product Marketing Manager include:
· 7+ years of product marketing experience in data infrastructure, integration platforms, or enterprise software, with a proven track record selling to Enterprise IT buyers.
· Background in data integration technologies such as iPaaS, ETL/ELT, API platforms, or data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure).
· Deep familiarity with enterprise system landscapes, including ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and financial platforms (Workday, NetSuite).
· Strong ability to create technically rigorous content such as architecture diagrams, security whitepapers, governance frameworks, and implementation guides.
· Working knowledge of enterprise AI and ML infrastructure, including LLMs, RAG architecture, agent-based systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
· Experience marketing solutions in regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, or manufacturing.
Compensation for the Principal Product Marketing Manager includes:
· Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000
