Cortex Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a Cortex Consultant to support a commercial cybersecurity organization. This position is fully remote. This organization specializes in delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions within highly secure and sensitive environments, including the education sector.

Responsibilities for the Cortex Consultant include:

• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy Cortex solutions (XSOAR, XSIAM, XDR) in secure environments
• Work directly with clients in a customer-facing capacity to ensure successful implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support system integration, configuration, and optimization of Cortex platforms
• Assist in maintaining system performance and ensuring security best practices are followed

Required Qualifications for the Cortex Consultant include:

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience deploying or migrating Cortex tools (XSOAR, XSIAM, or XDR)
• Proven experience in a client-facing or consulting role
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, or SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Compensation for the Cortex Consultant includes:

• Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000 (depending on experience)
