Paid Media Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join a growing organization within the digital marketing industry. The Paid Media Manager role is ideal for an experienced performance marketing professional with a strong background in campaign execution, optimization, and global paid media ownership, supporting multi-channel initiatives across domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities of the Paid Media Manager:

• Own end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional programmatic or emerging channels.

• Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns to drive performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and pipeline contribution.

• Serve as the global owner for paid media strategy, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and markets.

• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations and testing strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and regional marketing teams to align messaging and execution.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient media spend and maximum impact.

Qualifications of the Paid Media Manager:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a performance-driven environment.

• Proven expertise in campaign execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple paid media channels.

• Experience owning or supporting global paid media programs and international campaign strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing organization with evolving priorities.

Compensation for the Paid Media Manager includes:

• Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary plus annual bonus potential
