Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Vaccines)

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Vaccines) to support oncology clinical trials within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Vaccines) role is ideal for an experienced CRA with strong vaccine monitoring experience and the ability to travel across multiple U.S. regions. The Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Oncology) role is a remote opportunity that requires you to travel 8-10 days per month for onsite monitoring and is a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Vaccine):

• Conduct site initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits for vaccine and infectious disease clinical trials.
• Ensure clinical trial conduct complies with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform source data verification (SDV) and review CRFs and EDC entries for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Identify, document, and escalate protocol deviations, safety events, and data quality issues.
• Review safety data, including adverse events and serious adverse events, in accordance with vaccine clinical trial requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely monitoring reports and maintain required trial documentation.

Requirements of the Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Vaccine):

• 5+ years of CRA experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
• 3+ years of clinical trial monitoring experience in vaccines, infectious diseases, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and vaccine trial conduct.
• Ability to independently manage multiple sites and prioritize workload effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel 8–10 days per month across PST, CST, and MST regions.

Compensation for the Sr. Contract Clinical Research Associate (Vaccine):

• $55.00 - $65.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
