BMS Project Manager/Owners Representative

Piper Companies is seeking a BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support delivery and implementation of a Building Management System at a large life sciences facilities campus. The BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative will act as the primary PM/owner’s rep, coordinating design/build partners, construction teams, BMS vendors, and internal technical stakeholders. The BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative is a long term contract opportunity and requires you to work onsite in Lehigh Valley, PA.

Responsibilities of the BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative:

• Act as owner’s representative for BMS delivery from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate design/build firms, construction teams, and the BMS supplier.
• Partner with internal technical SMEs to ensure requirements and standards are met.
• Manage schedules, risks, and issue resolution across all parties.
• Provide clear status updates to global facilities delivery stakeholders.

Requirements of the BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative:

• 7+ years of project management or owner’s rep experience supporting BMS or building automation.
• Strong experience coordinating multi-vendor design/build and construction teams.
• Background in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Compensation for the BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative:

• $130,000 - $165,000
