Our client is a growing and innovative manufacturing organization focused on sustainable solutions and operational excellence. They are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Manager to lead customer operations, inventory management, and supply chain activities while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Position Overview
The Customer Service & Logistics Manager will oversee the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and customer service operations. This individual will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance and ensuring timely product delivery while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete customer order fulfillment lifecycle from order entry through final delivery
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and stock management to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, production, procurement, and warehouse operations to align supply and demand
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve transportation, warehousing, and distribution efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and logistics issues
- Analyze operational data and customer metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop customer service and logistics team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
- Assist leadership with overall supply chain and customer operations strategy
- Promote and uphold a strong safety-focused culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience with ERP systems, logistics software, and inventory management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction
