Presentation Design Leader

Piper Companies is seeking a Presentation Leader – Consumer Banking to support a leading Credit Union’s restructured Consumer Banking Organization. This exclusive engagement will support business operations by delivering high-impact presentation content and strategic documentation for executive-level initiatives. This position will be onsite in Mclean, VA 3 days per week!

Responsibilities of the Presentation Leader include:

• Create and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations for SVP and Director audiences

• Collaborate closely with leadership to understand workflows and special projects across Consumer Banking (non-mortgage products)

• Document and present initiatives related to Member Loyalty Programs, Branch Operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions

• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and reframe kickoff and stand-up decks for new programs

• Translate business goals into clear, compelling visual content for executive consumption

• Act as a strategic listener and communicator, ensuring alignment across business units

• Work cross-functionally with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and synthesize content

Required Qualifications for the Presentation Leader:

• 5+ years of experience creating professional presentations and executive decks

• Strong business acumen with experience in business analysis or project management

• Expertise in PowerPoint and visual storytelling

• Experience in banking, credit union, FinTech, or member-oriented environments

• Exceptional communication and listening skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

Compensation for the Presentation Leader includes:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
