Piper Companies is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join a growing operations and distribution organization in the West Chester PA area. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee customer order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory operations, and customer service activities while leading a small cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers strong visibility across operations, production, and warehouse teams with excellent long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • Lead daily customer service, logistics, and order fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Supervise and support a team of customer service coordinators, operations personnel, and warehouse support staff
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to align inventory, supply, and customer demand
  • Manage domestic and international shipping activities, troubleshoot logistics delays, and resolve customer order issues
  • Develop and improve logistics, inventory, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipment coordination, and delivery updates

Qualifications for the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within customer service, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong background in order fulfillment, shipping coordination, inventory management, and customer support
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and lead operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Sage ERP experience highly preferred
  • Exposure to international shipping and global logistics coordination preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred

Compensation for the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually with some flexibility based on experience
  • Bonus eligibility up to 10% annual management bonus
  • Primarily onsite schedule with potential flexibility for 1 remote day per week
