Piper Companies is seeking a Product Strategist – Digital Engagement to join a leading organization within the life sciences and healthcare technology industry. This Product Strategist – Digital Engagement role is a permanent, Canada-based position focused on shaping and advancing omnichannel and digital marketing solutions tailored to the Canadian market.

 

Responsibilities of the Product Strategist – Digital Engagement include: · Define and evolve digital and omnichannel product strategies that align with client needs and market trends within life sciences.

· Design, enhance, and scale digital engagement capabilities, including customer journey orchestration and channel execution.

· Partner with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated, high-impact digital solutions.

· Support commercial efforts by developing product roadmaps, pricing approaches, and sales enablement materials, acting as a subject matter expert.

· Lead client engagements, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, and ongoing relationship management to ensure strong satisfaction and value delivery.

 

Qualifications for the Product Strategist – Digital Engagement include:

· 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, product strategy, or commercial roles within pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or healthcare-focused agencies.

· Proven experience supporting the Canadian market, including familiarity with local regulatory, commercial, and customer dynamics.

· Deep knowledge of digital engagement, omnichannel marketing, CRM, and analytics-driven decision making.

· Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education preferred.

 

Compensation for the Product Strategist – Digital Engagement:

Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000/year (CAD) + 15% bonus
