Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Vice President of Client Delivery to lead and scale post-sales execution for a global B2B SaaS organization. The Senior Vice President of Client Delivery role is ideal for a customer-obsessed executive who excels at bridging the gap between sales and long-term customer success, driving renewals, and leading high-performing, globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery:
• Own the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, customer success, renewals, and long-term retention across a global customer base.
• Serve as the executive bridge between Sales and post-sales teams, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment from deal close through long-term value realization.
• Lead and mentor senior leaders and managers within Customer Success, Account Management, and Client Delivery functions.
• Drive renewal strategy and execution, forecasting outcomes and mitigating churn risk across enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to incorporate customer feedback into roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish scalable processes, metrics, and KPIs to measure customer health, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, engaging directly with customers as needed.
• Support global operations in a remote-first environment with occasional travel for customer and internal leadership engagements.
Qualifications of the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery:
• 15+ years of experience in post-sales, customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling teams, including people leaders and senior managers.
• Proven success leading customer success, renewals, and retention strategies for a global customer base.
• Strong background partnering with B2B SaaS sales organizations and supporting complex sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around customer outcomes and revenue growth.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with C-level customer stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a remote or distributed environment with willingness for occasional travel.
Compensation for the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery includes:
• Salary range: $230,000 – $250,000 base with a 60/40 base-to-variable compensation split
• Executive-level benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO
• Fully remote role with occasional travel
