Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for a rapidly growing SaaS organization. The Senior Vice President of Sales role is a fully remote position supporting EST or CST business hours with up to 35% travel. The Senior Vice President of Sales will lead new business development efforts, driving net new customer acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise and mid‑market segments. An ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President of Sales role is a proven sales leader with deep experience scaling SaaS sales organizations and consistently closing new logo business.
Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Sales:
• Own and execute the company’s new business sales strategy with a focus on net new account acquisition.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales team focused on outbound prospecting and new logo growth.
• Develop and refine go‑to‑market strategies to expand market presence and accelerate pipeline generation.
• Personally engage in strategic, high‑value sales opportunities to close complex enterprise SaaS deals.
• Establish and track key performance metrics related to pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and market positioning.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, with up to 35% travel.
• Provide executive‑level forecasting, reporting, and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications of the Senior Vice President of Sales:
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within a SaaS or cloud‑based technology environment.
• Proven track record of driving new business development and closing net new enterprise or mid‑market accounts.
• Experience building and scaling high‑performing sales teams in a fast‑growth environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription revenue models, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting EST or CST hours.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
Compensation for the Senior Vice President of Sales includes:
• Salary range: $200,000 +
