Content Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a Content Developer to support the creation of scalable, self‑paced learning solutions for an enterprise organization. This Content Developer role is ideal for an experienced instructional professional who excels in hands‑on development, technical writing, and video‑based learning, and who is comfortable executing quickly within established frameworks and direction.

Responsibilities of the Content Developer:

• Develop high‑quality, self‑paced eLearning and video content for enterprise audiences using established templates and standards.

• Produce instructional videos, screen recordings, and multimedia learning assets using tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Create and maintain course materials, presentations, and learning modules using PowerPoint and industry‑standard eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).

• Translate technical and procedural information into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.

• Execute against predefined timelines, tools, and development guidelines with minimal ramp‑up time.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of learning deliverables.

• Operate in a development‑focused capacity, prioritizing execution over instructional strategy design.

Qualifications of the Content Developer:

• 4–6 years of experience developing scalable, self‑paced learning content in an enterprise environment.

• Hands‑on experience with instructional development tools, including Camtasia, PowerPoint, and eLearning authoring platforms such as Articulate or Captivate.

• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Proven experience developing video‑based and interactive eLearning content.

• Experience with Adobe‑based tools / Creative Suite is a strong plus.

• Ability to adapt quickly and deliver within existing templates, processes, and timelines.

Compensation for the Content Developer includes:

• Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
