Piper Companies is seeking a Senior VP of Sales to join a rapidly growing client in the data analytics and AI technology industry in a fully remote capacity. The Senior VP of Sales will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving global revenue growth, scaling high-performing teams, and leading complex enterprise sales strategies in a high-growth SaaS environment.


Responsibilities of the Senior VP of Sales include:

• Drive global revenue strategy by securing new enterprise business and expanding existing accounts, consistently surpassing ARR targets.

• Build and scale a world-class sales organization through hiring, mentorship, and structured performance management.

• Establish and execute repeatable go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand across divisions.

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align messaging, pipeline generation, and customer outcomes.

• Enhance sales operations by optimizing pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and adoption of sales methodologies.


Requirements of the Senior VP of Sales include:

• 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.

• Demonstrated success selling net new business and consistently achieving $50M+ ARR targets across global enterprise markets.

• Extensive experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals with contract values in the 6–7 figure range.

• Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS sales motions, forecasting frameworks, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and executive-level client engagement.

• Willingness to travel 25–35% globally to support deal execution and customer engagement.


Compensation for the Senior VP of Sales include:

• OTE of $440,000 - $520,000 + shares annually

• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
