Piper Companies is seeking a Senior VP of Client Delivery to join a fast-growing SaaS/data technology organization for a fully remote permanent position (EST/CST). The Senior VP of Client Delivery will oversee global post-sales operations, ensuring clients achieve measurable value while driving retention, expansion, and overall customer success.
Responsibilities of the Senior VP of Client Delivery include:
· Lead Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams to deliver strong client outcomes and long-term partnerships.
· Establish and track key performance metrics such as NRR, GRR, CSAT, utilization, and time-to-value across the organization.
· Build scalable post-sales frameworks, including segmentation strategies and repeatable service delivery models.
· Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to align on client needs and growth strategies.
· Oversee global delivery operations, ensuring effective implementation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of client experience.
Qualifications for the Senior VP of Client Delivery include:
· 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with at least 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple post-sales functions.
· Background in SaaS or technology environments with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and revenue retention models.
· Proven experience managing large, multi-layered teams (40+ employees) across Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services.
· Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven decision-making and optimize performance through metrics and reporting.
· Must reside in EST or CST within approved U.S. states and be comfortable with less than 25% travel.
Compensation for the Senior VP of Client Delivery:
Salary Range: $220,000–$260,000/year (USD) + equity package
