Piper Companies is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Raleigh-Durham area. The Customer Service Representative will join a life insurance and annuities company that provides simple and secure retirement and annuity solutions. The Customer Service Representative will need to sit on site in the Raleigh-Durham area 3 days a week from 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
- Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
- Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
- Clearly explain contract benefits and provide clear and helpful guidance on products and packages.
- Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes
- Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Ability to pass call center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative
- $20-23 Hourly Pay
