Piper Companies is hiring a Call Center Manager for a high growth company located in Durham, NC. The Call Center Manager will oversee various daily tasks within the business and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong coaching and motivational background. They will be helping with the hiring and training process, overall driving a strong company culture. The Call Center Manager will be required to be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC location.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Manager:
- Ability to keep various department's details organized
- Maintaining an energetic attitude
- Demonstrating dependability and reliability for entire team
- Complete oversight of operations
Requirements of the Call Center Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of managerial experience within a call center
- Strong PC skills including all Microsoft Office software
- Core 9am-6pm hours
- Must be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC headquarters
Compensation for the Call Center Manager:
- Salary of $85,000 - $100,000
- Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law
